up to 4.5kg. The largest model, F20 type, can carry up to

| Serviceability, which was a weak point for the built-in structure, has also been considered. This new structure allows the main components, such as the motor and ball screw to be replaced, and realizes both space saving and serviceability. |

For T4/T5/T6 compact size models, a dust protective stainless sheet is provided on the top face of the movable section as standard equipment so as to prevent any foreign object from entering the main unit.
