While an outstanding body with high rigidity and dust resistance is adopted, a low price was achieved owing to use of a newly developed controller and new type servo motor. There will be a cost merit replacing an air supply equipment with this robot. Easy part replacement

Should a trouble occur, the motor, ball screws and other parts can be replaced easily for quick recovery.

High rigidity, high dust resistance

A highly rigid body with a built-in linear guide is adopted, which has been reputed with T4/T5 of one grade upper class. A dust resistant stainless sheet is provided over the top face of the moving section to prevent any foreign object from entering the main unit.


Compact size

T4P is as compact as 45mm in width, 50mm in stroke, and overall length is as short as 307.5mm. Although T5P has a wide guide and a large allowable load moment, it is still as compact as 55mm in width, 50mm in stroke, and overall length is as short as 297mm.

With T5P, a brake equipped motor can be selected and vertical operation is available.


Simple operation

It is not necessary to create any complicated program. Operation is as simple as to specify the point data prepared in advance through PLC.



Positioning available at up to 32 positions

Being capable of positioning at up to 32 positions, the robot can cope with versatile production operations.
Communication function


With PLC and the controller connected with an I/O flat cable, it is possible to operate the robot from the upper level system such as PLC.



Serial connection can be used between the PC and controller (an optional external equipment connecting unit required).
Up to 16 units of controllers can be DG chain connected (an optional controller link cable required).

Function to enable changes in speed
and target position during operation


While the robot is moving, it is possible to change the speed from any position.
Thrust force control function

The workpiece can be stopped and pushed by using this function.
Thus, it is possible to clamp and press-fit the workpiece.
Zone signal output

The zone signal (area judgment signal) is output when the arm enters the preset area while it is moving.
